Clean rooms on arrival. Need more accessible amenities for seniors. Friendly staff helped me during my stay.

The room was very clean, which was a positive highlight. However, my stay was marred by significant noise from housekeeping during the day, making it impossible to rest. Additionally, the lack of basic amenities, like a refrigerator and coffee pot, was disappointing, especially for a handicap-accessible room that provided little in terms of convenience. The barking dog next door created an unbearable environment, and attempts to resolve this issue with management were unhelpful, leading to frustration instead of support.

The place was super clean—like they just renovated everything! Floors were spotless, and the sheets felt fresh. The AC worked great, too! Just a heads-up, tho, I had a hard time charging my phone. the front desk wasn’t friendly about it while I was trying to handle an emergency. Also, the snack bar was a nice touch.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed shopping at the nearby outlets and visiting Adventure City, both just minutes away. The hotel was affordable and great for a group stay. Staff were friendly and our towels were changed daily.

The room was spick and span! It was a tad cramped, but the cleanliness was top-notch. a refreshing surprise for a budget stay. Nice to have a comfy place after my leg surgery.

But honestly, if I wanted to hear barking and bucket banging, I would have just stayed at a dog park! My beauty sleep was definitely not part of the package.
